A wide range of animals live in the canyon. Some of the animals that may be seen on a visit include deer and aoudad, foxes and bobcats, owls, bats and ospreys, and snakes of many types. Click on the picture above and continue to click the pictures to see some of the wildlife that make the canyon their home. Of note, should a fire break out in the canyon due to the transmission line, all of these animals and their habitat would be in jeopardy.
