According to the best sources available as of September, 2009, the timeline for the transmission line route pertaining to the North Palo Duro Canyon is as follows:
4th Quarter 2009 through 1st Quarter 2010 – Sharyland will prepare CCN filing for preferred and alternative line routes
2nd Quarter 2010 – Sharyland will file CCN applications with PUCT
3rd or 4th Quarter 2010 – PUCT approves CCNs and line routes
1st or 2nd Quarter 2011 – Transmission line construction will begin
2012-2013 – Construction will be completed
